Medibank: Cultural Pattern

This cultural pattern was created by David Williams to tell the story of Medibank’s Cultural Responsiveness Framework, which it put together in partnership with Dhiira.

The story begins with curiosity at the start of a learning journey. Accountability is essential as we seek to proactively learn for ourselves and increase our knowledge and understanding. And as we listen and grow, we must take responsibility for our learning to ensure our understanding makes sense.

The Domains of the Cultural Responsiveness Framework – ‘Leadership and Accountability’, ‘Culturally Responsive Workplace’, ‘Continuous Cultural Learning’, and ‘Self-Determination’ – are represented with their own unique patterns.

When all these elements come together, Medibank’s commitment to First Nations people, reconciliation, and cultural responsiveness becomes a reality.
