The Gilimbaa team was proud to work in collaboration with the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and Lung Foundation Australia to develop a motif artwork for its Lung Learning Framework, with David Williams developing the artwork, ‘Everyone has a role in helping patients breathe easier’ as a result.
At the heart of the framework is the individual – their health and wellbeing. The individual’s needs, their family, and community are central to the story. Because of the extensive work that has been undertaken in the development of this framework, healthcare professionals will be better informed, and will have access to quality and trusted resources and training to guide them, support them, and improve their patients’ health outcomes.
