Gilimbaa worked with QATSCIPP on the strategy and planning for Queensland Family Matters Forum. The forum was developed to bring together leaders from government, private and NGO’s to discuss and provide a robust action plan to improve the health and well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and was held over 2 days.
Gilimbaa provided strategic advice and workshop facilitation to bring the idea and content of the forum to life, developed the branding and collateral such as invitations, emails, workbooks, brochures, powerpoints, slide shows and event collateral. We then went on to event management and environmental design for the 2 days as well as video creation and production of an introductory video and a post conference video along with 3D artists who drew the conversations on the day to feed into the action plan developed.
