As our Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our creative process, guiding projects from concept to completion with precision, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Your Key Responsibilities
– Project Planning: Develop and manage project workflows, timelines, budgets, and resources.
– Team Leadership: Inspire and coordinate internal teams to deliver exceptional work, on time and on budget.
– Client Partnership: Be the trusted voice for our clients, building strong relationships and clear communication.
– Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges with creativity and calmness under pressure.
– Quality Assurance: Ensure every deliverable reflects Gilimbaa’s high standards and cultural integrity.
– Evaluation: Continuously assess outcomes to help improve processes and project impact.
What We’re Looking For
– Experience: 5+ years in project management, ideally in a creative, design, or communications agency.
– Organisation: A master multitasker with attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities with ease.
– Leadership: A confident decision-maker who empowers teams and brings out their best.
– Communication: Clear, engaging, and client-focused in every interaction.
– Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and loves solving challenges creatively.
