Gilimbaa worked with QATSCIPP on the strategy and planning for the Queensland Family Matters Forum. The forum, held over two days, was developed to bring together leaders from government, private companies and NGOs to discuss and provide a robust action plan to improve the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
Gilimbaa provided strategic advice and workshop facilitation to bring the idea and content of the forum to life, and developed the branding and collateral such as invitations, e-mails, workbooks, brochures, PowerPoints, slide shows and event collateral. We were then engaged in event management and environmental design for the two days, as well as video creation and production of both an introductory and post-conference videos, along with 3D artists who drew the conversations on the day to feed into the action plan developed.
